Fred Burnham inspired Lord Baden-Powell, with his wealth of knowledge about scouting, to start the world-wide scouting movement. He was also the chief scout for Lord Roberts on his fabled March to Pretoria. But don't be fooled; within a year the widower would remarry and start a whole new relationship. Who among us would have the energy to do that.? |
